Education Required: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

Looking for someone who:

• Has excellent automation and testing skills
• Thorough knowledge of customer User Experience processes, and understands how to create automation around what a customer would want to see
• Focused on digital content and how/what should be visible to the customer, and how the entire customer experience renders
• Passion for UX methodologies like Human factors, User Centered design, and advanced usability techniques as it relates to testing
• Management of cross functional teams
• Management of internal and external stakeholders

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Telecommunications experience a plus
• Experience working within agile and lean processes
• Self-sufficient, takes initiative, and can lead others
• Clear communication
• Thorough documentation
  Project Description:

This telecommunications company is looking for a Senior QA Lead who will focus on building out automation processes around the customer's digital experience. This person will focus on the content on the website, the flow of the website, and will be focused on what the customer wants to see, and then building out automation processes around that experience.
Physical Environment and Working Conditions:

In the office 5 days a week. Work remote when need be.
