Job Description
We are looking for a React Native developer/SDET interested in building Integration and E2E Test Automation for mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building Integration and E2E Test framework for Mobile Apps , as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building an Automation framework is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a strong commitment is required.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team to build Integration and E2E Automation for React Native iOS / Android applications.
- Architect, build and maintain excellent Integration and E2E Automation framework for React Native applications with clean code.
- Integrate third-party API’s.
- Write integration and E2E tests.
- Work as part of a small team, which will include other React Native developers, a project manager, QA professional, and a designer.
- Complete sprint cycle and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
- Work with modern tools including React Native, Jest, Jira, Slack, GitHub etc.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience working with React Native.
- Experience working with Swift, Objective C, and Java a plus but not required.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and to the general process.
- An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
- Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native automation artifacts.
- A positive mindset and can-do attitude.
- A passion for software development. It’s not just your career, it’s also your hobby. You’re constantly striving to learn new things and improve. You follow industry news, regularly tinker with new technologies, and read books and blogs to keep your skills current.

Skills
- Firm grasp of the JavaScript language
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code for Automation
- Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle , Android Studio, IntelliJ etc Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
- Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
