Location: Austin, TX

Experienced Microsoft Dynamics QA Analyst to join our cohesive and experienced team in an Agile Environment.
Essential Functions:
- Identify test scenarios
- Create/write test cases
- Work closely with/guide less senior QA Testers on the CRM product
- Utilize deep Dynamics CRM experience in manual testing and in consulting with automation engineers about areas TO BE automated
- Conduct manual testing on software deliverables and regression testing
- Document defects and bugs, and work with the team to resolve
- Work closely with QA Lead and project team members
- Update status of assigned project tasks and time reporting duties
Skills and Attributes Needed:
- ABSOLUTE MUST: Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience – MUST be Dynamics CRM for this particular role.
- REQUIRED: Self-motivated and organized
- REQUIRED: Team player and strong work ethic
- REQUIRED: Excellent oral communication skills
- REQUIRED: Excellent written skills
- REQUIRED: Strong analytical skills
- STRONGLY PREFFERED: Strong manual QA background
- STRONGLY PREFERRED: Banking or Finance experience
- PREFERRED: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft TFS, and Microsoft Test Manager experience
