Required Skills:
8+ years of IT experience focused on Business Analysis and Custom Development
Must have experience w eLearning tools, strongly prefer SABA experience specifically
Experience gathering requirements from business
Experience creating functional design docs
Experience working with technical teams helping them turn functional specs into technical designs
Experience with wire frames
Strong communication skills
