Sr. Business Analyst

USC/GC/H4 EAD only

 

Need Local Candidates who can travel to SFO, CA once in a week.

 

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Must have the capability to understand data mining processes and have analytical skills to analyze existing DB structures
• Good knowledge in API/Web Services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations
• Strong collaboration, communication, and business relationship skills and experience with mid-large project team
• Strong written, presentation, problem-solving and facilitation skills, motivated, self-directed, results-oriented
• Sense of ownership and commitment to the user experience
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to grasp the big picture and relate to the same in all conversations/communication
• Ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt and thrive to meet the needs of a fast-paced, changing environment
• Motivate and drive all team members towards the successful delivery of product releases.
• Help the technology team to identify and consider all alternate solutions and help them in implementing the best strategy to ensure the design meets performance, usability, and reliability, and scalability requirements.
