3+ Years of Teradata Development experience
Performed Low/ High Level Design activities
Should be able to understand Data Models
Should have strong experience to work on UNIX & Shell Scripting
Should have strong Stored Procedure, Utilities & SQL Tuning skills
Desirable to have GCFR and Data Mover skills.
Knowledge of data pipelines, administrations, schema and query optimisation is required.
Hands on Design/Development of Teradata platform is a must Data modelling, Designing Tables, PIs, Partitions Strong SQL knowledge and working experience in Teradata Stored Procedures/BTEQ scripts.
Proficiency in TD load and export utilities like TPT, TPT/MLOAD/TPUMP/BTEQ/FAST EXPORT, Multi load, Schedulers etc.
Experience in Performance Tuning - query tuning and insights on Impact CPU, Skewness etc. Hands-on experience in ETL and Data Pipelines.
Strong Data warehousing experience with processing large data volumes.
Unix/Linux or Mac platform experience Git/SVN or any other version control system Strong interpersonal and communication skills excellent diagnostic and problem solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple groups within the organization |
