Job Description
• Be able to work independently with Client Consumer Marketing Business and be able to define requirements/scope, provide solutions and recommendations to the client
• Create client ready deliverables like requirements/solution documentations/presentations and mange change requests.
• Serve as liaison between multiple Cognizant support teams and Client IT Support Manager.
Must Have Skills:
• Excellent communication and business facing skills (BA Role)
• Good in documentation and fair understanding on requirement trace ability. Exposure to JIRA will be an added value.
• Functional experience and fair understanding of Consumer Marketing (Coupons, campaigns etc.,), Mobile Apps & Websites.
• CG domain experience
• Fair understanding on integration with core systems
• Fair knowledge on testing process
• Experience of at least 5 years of experience (C/SC/M level)
