They full stack engineers need experience in AWS. They prefer most of these candidates to sit onsite at their office in LA.
Requirements:
- Software development experience utilizing LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Perl strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of web development
- Solid understanding of OOP
- Good software development best practices
- Knowledge of web securities
- Familiar with Agile development, preferably Kanban.
- Good communication in spoken and written English Bonus Experience
- Knowledge of frontend web development not exclusive of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, JSON, etc..
- Template Toolkit, Perl, React
- preferred knowledge of SQL (such as MySQL)
Additional Information:
This stack has been in the environment for 15 years. This individual will be involved in making impact on upgrades in the environment(like an OS upgrade).
Tied to a legacy NFS(Network File System)
May be modules on the system that need to upgrade and modified.
Code libraries are on a NFS.
This is more code and perl development than systems. There is a systems team to lean on but they need to understand the impact of the code.
