Required Skills
At least 8 years of experience in Visual Studio and/or ASP .NET Required.
Experience with developing solutions with a GIS component Required.
Experience in Azure, Azure SQL, SQL Server and Oracle.
Azure DevOps experience.
Experience in developing reports utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
An understanding of WEB building/monitoring and compliance tools.
Experience working on project teams is highly desired.
Experience assisting or managing small projects is highly desired
Preferred Skills
Experience with .NET required
Experience with developing GIS components required
Experience with Visual Studio
Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of developing computing applications
Knowledge of relational database theories and concepts
Knowledge of Windows (winforms, webforms, MVC, ASP, batch console, WCF, Class Library)
Ability to work independently in the technical analysis, evaluation and resolution of custom-written computer application production issues or problems, with little or no assistance, and to make decisions and recommendations to remediate those issues or problems
Skill in accurately estimating time requirements for computer programming tasks in a computer application maintenance environment
Ability to understand business requirements and technical/functional specifications
Ability to build efficient, viable solutions in the maintenance of business applications utilizing all established departmental standards in a team environment
Ability to interact and collaborate directly with customers, technical staff, and management
Ability to maintain technical documentation in accordance with Department standards
Ability to determine and document business rules/logic and database actions
Skill with Azure, Azure SQL, SQL (SQL Developer etc.), SQL Server, Oracle, TFS (or similar tools), ORM (Object Relational Mapping)
Knowledge of Active Directory and ISA security methods
