MOST IMPORTANT:

 

Candidates need have worked on the desktop infrastructure components of migrations to Windows 10. For example, building the win10 build image, delivering the new builds using Citrix / VMware in a VDI environment. Any experience of application layering would be great. For Exchange, they need to have conducted mailbox migrations to Office 365, experience of getting this up and running in Azure and the pitfalls to know about. It is a higher level role than just group support in o365.

 

§             Must have strong experience supporting an enterprise Microsoft Windows environment.

§             Must have strong experience of deploying and supporting Window 10 environments

§             Must have strong experience in delivering and supporting Citrix XenDesktop solutions

§             Must have strong experience in in 0365 / Exchange Online migrations and support

Focus on these areas and anything added is a huge bonus

Strong experience supporting windows 10 environment, Citrix solutions but store front, direct application layering experience, exchange online migrations and support, O365

Experience working within an enterprise windows environment

Most of core infrastructure is windows based

Managing any products: SCCM, HP hardware, Microsoft exchange, etc.
