Job Title : Network Engineer / Load Balance Engineer
Location : Reston, VA
Duration : 1 year contract
Candidates must be submitted with a LinkedIn profile
Description:
Provide break-fix/troubleshooting support for Sev-1 and Sev-2 requirements as it pertains to Load Balancer Engineering/operations Support.
Work with the Fannie Mae PMO organization to deliver accurate documentation and process creation.
Provide Tier-2 Engineering/Operations support for Data Center Load Balancer (LTM, GTM, ASM) infrastructure.
Provide break-fix Support for production issues with Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, ASM) as well as other components of Data Center.
Perform on-going enhancements and optimization to the environment.
Strengthen the environment with optimal rule-sets policies in-line with Regulatory compliance and corporate security standards.
Work with application owners and internal customers to define the load-balancing requirements (iRules, SNAT, VIPs, Pools, SSL Interception, ASM etc.) across multiple environments (Prod, Test, Dev, QA, Acceptance etc.) review, validate, define configuration requirements as well as implement them and test/validate upon implementation.
Qualifications
Ability to work well with people from many difference disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise. Work independently and manage workload at a high rate of speed
