Position   : SAP FICO Functional Analyst
Duration : 6 months but extend out to 24months
Location : Philadelphia, PA (must be willing to travel)
Interview Process: 1 phone interview (will hire from first phone interview)

Job Description

·         Seeking an SAP FICO Functional Analyst, with experience with utilities (water and gas).

·         The role requires the individual to understand the business process and system process.

·         The Functional Analyst will be required to partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing group leads.

·         The role would involves defining, analyzing, validating and managing of requirements, business processes and high-level solution designs.

Key Accountabilities

•        Functional knowledge in the SAP-FICO module

•        Functional knowledge of HR and Supply Chain a plus

•        Work with the Business Managers, IT Managers, and Project Managers on defining the detailed scope.

•        Work with cross functional teams and cross technology teams to define requirements.

•        Responsible for creating business requirement documents, functional documents and test scripts

•        Responsible for creating, refining and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs

•        Provide status update for the process FA represents on a weekly basis

Job Requirement

•        Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in SAP-FICO in water and gas is a plus

•        Experience with S4/HANA is a plus

•        Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills

•        Experience working in water Utilities industry highly preferred
