Job Description/ Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced GeoSpatial Engineer with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various AWS Cloud services, including AWS Cloud Map, AWS Cloud Formation, AWS Cloud Development Kit, AWS Cloud Compute, AWS Certificate Manager, AWS CLI, AWS Autoscaling, and AWS AI Platform. This role is hybrid and requires proficiency in English.
- Lead the design and implementation of geospatial solutions using AWS Cloud services.
- Oversee the deployment and management of AWS Cloud Map for service discovery.
- Provide expertise in AWS Cloud Formation to automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Utilize AWS Cloud Development Kit to define cloud infrastructure in code.
- Manage AWS Cloud Compute resources to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Implement security best practices using AWS Certificate Manager.
- Use AWS CLI for efficient management of AWS services.
- Configure and manage AWS Autoscaling to maintain application availability.
- Leverage AWS AI Platform to integrate AI capabilities into geospatial solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality geospatial applications. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our geospatial engineering processes.
