Requirement:
We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Connect and integrate data from various sources (SQL, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.).
Create DAX measures, calculated columns, and advanced data models.
Optimize report performance and ensure best practices in data visualization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Maintain data accuracy, refresh schedules, and security roles (Row-Level Security).
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer / BI Specialist.
Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Gateway.
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling concepts.
Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, etc.).
Ability to transform business needs into technical solutions.
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data flows.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks.
Knowledge of Python or R for analytics.
Experience in performance optimization and report automation.
