Position : Technical Manager

Location : Chicago, IL, USA

Duration : Long Term

 Skills required

·         Familiarity with the Flux Design Pattern or one of the libraries it inspired (i.e. Redux, Fluxxor, etc.)

·         Core Web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, Java

·         CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS

·         JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower

·         Unit Testing with Karma or Jest

·         JavaScript Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js

·         Knowledge on infrastructure , Cloud (AWS) Picking the right AWS services for the application

·         Leveraging AWS SDKs to interact with AWS services from your application

 

Responsibilities

·         Working closely with customers’ organization & Cognizant internal, offshore team

·         Understanding the technical landscape and help Development team to resolve issues

·         Highlight the potentials issues (relay from Offshore PM) to customer accordingly

·         Participate in Sprint Planning, Agile Scrum Meetings, retrospection, Triage meetings etc.,

·         Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
