Position: Splunk Developer

Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 6+ months

Interview: Phone and Skype(Non-locals)/F2F(Locals)

No OPT and H1B

 

• Certifications will be needed (either splunk developer / splunk core certified consultant / splunk certified architect) – not just a core user / may consider power user.
• 3+ years experience with Splunk on a large enterprise level
• Architecting and deploying Splunk Enterprise implementations in small to medium sized customers
• Administering Splunk and Splunk App for Enterprise Security (ES) log management
• 70% Development and scripting
• Experience with Python development(required) and RESTful API integration. Java development experience (preferred)
• Linux shell scripting and Regex preferred
• Integrating Splunk with a wide variety of legacy data sources that use various protocols
• The ability to design Splunk reports and dashboards using complex data elements Splunk training and/or certifications would be a major plus
