We are currently looking for a contract data analyst to work in our Des Moines location. The Data Analyst will focus on problem solving related to data, types of data and relationships among data elements within our business and IT systems. Responsibilities include:
· Documenting the types and structure of the business data (logical modeling),
· Analyzing and mining business data to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points,
· Mapping and tracing data from system to system in order to solve a given business or system problem,
· Defining ETL rules for target solutions
Ideal candidates will have advanced level SQL skills, life insurance industry experience and great communication skills to liaison between business and IT teams in a multi-location environment.
