Performance Engineer with Scala programming

Location : Hartford, CT

 

 Must Have Skills:

Hands on experience in developing Test Scripts using Gatling.

Experience in maintaining Performance Test Scripts

Experience in reviewing the API performance monitoring using AppDynamics

Job Roles/Responsibilities           

• "Build Performance Scripts using Gatling
•   Create Performance Testing Scripts that validates the API's that are developed in REST services.                                                                      
•  Identify Application components in Scope for Validations  
• Identify Performance Metrics that needs to be captured and validated to meet the program Expectations.
•   Report Performance bottlenecks with statistics                                   

• Work with stake holders to finalize solutions for Performance Issues
• Collaborate with Applications under Test (including and not limited to External systems, Integration components)
• Desired Skills:   
• 6 to 8 Years of experience in Performance Testing.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Creating Test scripts using Gatling
• Should have created Performance Test Strategy and completed end-2-end Performance Test Execution for a customer
• Exposure in monitoring API / transaction through APPDYNAMICS
• Should have generated and articulated the Performance Tests Results and bottlenecks and recommendations.
• Ability to create performance scripts using custom code (JAVA/Selenium)"
