Job Description  

 

Advertising Information:		Required Skills: SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) – most important is that they are very comfortable with SSIS development and testing.  Candidates should have 4 or more years of ETL type development so they have some experience in development techniques to deal with high volume processing (example: a 1.5 million row Mayo study may generate 20+million rows of SCDM output) as well as fully understanding advanced SSIS techniques. C# Scripting.  Ability to code moderate to complex script tasks in SSIS packages.  SQL Server Stored Procedure / Advance Query.  Should understand best practices for stored procedures (set based over cursors, etc.).  Strong communication skills are critical for this role. Desired Skills: - SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). – Ability to create new and modify existing reports.  Data Transformation Services (DTS). –They would NOT be developing anything in DTS, but as we make changes we are converting ETL from DTS to SSIS. -.Net Experience.
