Position Title – Unix System Administrator
Location – San Jose, CA
Duration - 6+ Months
 
Must have US Citizen or GC Holder or H1B(Need copy for submission)

Requirements:
Bachelors in an engineering discipline, or Technical certification in Solaris, or equivalent work experience
3+ years work experience as a Unix Systems Administrator
Must have experience implementing and maintaining systems monitoring in 100+ machine environments, with server-class hardware & peripherals
Broad knowledge of common applications and technologies in Internet computing (web servers, proxies, load balancers, databases, client/server, etc).
Must have a general understanding of networking - routing, subnets, UDP, TCP, IP, & Vlans

1 – Responsibilities that the resource will be responsible for?
System admin role to work on tech refresh project.

3 – What are the three must have skills you are looking for?
Standard unix system admin, experience implementation and maintaining system in 10+ machines environment. Basic knowledge of common internet computing & networking.

4 - What are the soft skills that you believe candidates must possess to be successful in this position?
Good communication skills
