Location:   Pennsauken, NJ 

 

INTERVIEW PROCESS:    Phone screen to in person  

 

Primary Responsibilities:

•        Extensive experience with PowerShell scripting, automating application installations, configuration, and troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10.

•        Experience with AppDeploy

•        Sharp communication skills, conceptual, and analytical thinking and a sense of team work as well as working individually

•        Customer Service oriented, with ability to articulate to end user community in clear, concise, and understandable terms

•        Engage third party technology vendors to resolve issues and manage upcoming changes

•        Active Directory Group creation

•        SCCM Collection creation

•        SCCM Package/Application creation

•        Distribution of package or application to SCCM distribution points

•        Deploy package to users or systems

•        Distribution of existing SCCM packages and applications to location that may need them.

•        Create technical support documentation for 1st and 2nd level support
