Title: Supply chain Business Analyst
Location: Eaton OH
Duration: 12 months
Required Qualifications:
· Should have good supply chain or manufacturing domain knowledge.
· Work experience in any ERP application systems like Plex ERP, Acumatica ERP, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics or any other ERP products.
· Experience in the manufacturing domain is preferable.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Good communication skills.
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills
· Ability to function collaboratively as part of a customer oriented team.
· Willingness to work in shifts on a rotational basis to support the customer.
Soft Skills:
· Extensive experience of supporting customers in an offshore engagement
· Highly customer centric
· Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills
· Able to work under pressure and understand the importance of customer cycle close deadlines
· Able to communicate at all levels
· Able to work flexibly when demand requires
· Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and work under pressure
· Excellent team player and able to influence and negotiate with colleagues and peers
· Able to competently to articulate solutions and problems to customers – both verbally or by presentation
Other Skills:
· An excellent understanding of the standard business general ledger, assets and project accounting processes
· MS Office - word, excel, access and power-point
Education
· Technical degree required; Computer Science degree desired
· Master’s Degree is desirable
