Description:

1.            Business Analysis skills and minimum 4-5 years of experience

2.            Strong communication skills – business facing

3.            Understand business requirements and convert to functional specs

4.            Create user stories

5.            Familiar with Agile SAFe processes

6.            Preferable if the person has worked with similar Downstream engagements

7.            Knowledge/ EXP of ADP HR/ Payroll Management
