Mandatory Skills:
1. Hitachi Storage Administration & Network Attached storage
2. Framework design, Functional Knowledge of brocade switches and data migration
3. Administer and operate SAN, NAS, and backup infrastructures across multiple platforms including UNIX, and Windows
Other Requirements:
• Candidate with good exposure on Excel, Visio, PPT to create reports and presentation to customer.
• Experience on Analyzing LUN/Storage performance issues and providing support to Customer.
• Coordinating with vendor regarding replacement of hardware parts.
• Candidate with Good Communication Skills and Positive Attitude.
Job Description:

• Responsible for handling tickets which is escalated from Level 2 Team
• Are subject matter experts & are responsible for diagnostics, analysis, performance management, capacity planning
• Perform San design , storage configurations with client interactions
• Perform Storage controller frimware upgrade, Disk controller firmware upgrade
• Prepare the network digram SAN digram of the customer, Responsible for all the design documents for storages
• Create capacity planning, SAN design
• Designing ILM, Archive of Customer data policy etc.
• Preparing white papers/Best Practices/Recommendations specific to client SAN Environment
