Job Description:
Basic Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience
· At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting applications in a virtual desktop environment
· At least 3 years of experience w/large scale desktop environment.
· At least 3 years of experience performing business as usual tasks on a VMWare View / Horizon and Citrix Xenapp platforms
· At least 2 years’ experience with VMWare User Environment Manager (UEM), VMWare IDM / Workspace One
· At least 3 years of experience with Citrix XenApp (XA6.5), Application Virtualization, App Volumes and VM Ware Thin App
· At least 3 years of experience with vSphere, vROPs and VMWare Horizon / View
· At least 2 years of experience in cloud operations
· At least 1 year of experience supporting Office Everywhere
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
· At least 3 years of experience with network architecture and troubleshooting firewall issues.
· Experience with Palo Alto devices and the Global Protect Agent is a plus.
· At least 2 years of experience with AWS
