Position summary:

10+ years of experience in in handling Program Manager/Project Manager/Scrum Master role.

• Understanding of software development life cycle models such as Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.

• Should be able to manage multiple projects/programs.

• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. Knowledge of an agile frameworks (i.e. Scrum, Kanban).

• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery t

• Should be able to manage Medium to Large sized projects using principles & standards of PMBoK and AGILE

• Taking on new responsibilities and known to perform excellently in challenging environments

• Excellent Resource managing (Onsite/ Onshore/ Offshore) capabilities

• Proficiency in all the aspects of software development areas (SDLC, RUP, Agile) using CMM Level 5.

• Excellent Project & Team managing capabilities using Six Sigma methodology while maintaining Customer Satisfaction at the highest levels.

• Managing enterprise-level initiatives in Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk Management and Quality Assurance.

• Outstanding communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills.

• Excellent team player capabilities while having outstanding ability to work independently
