Location : San Diego, CA

Duration:  12+ Months contract

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The client is looking for Salesforce Business Analyst with below responsibilities and skills:

 

Responsibilities:

·         Object and define Functional Specification of their business

·         lead project implementations on Salesforce Technology

·         Identify the requirements from business stakeholders to make necessary recommendations

·         Provide End User Support

·         Design, configure, test, and train SFDC functionality

·         Manage communications between developers, vendors, business users, and stake holders

·         Scrum Experience Preferred

 

Required Skills:

·         4+ years of Business Analyst experience

·         5+ years of Salesforce.com experience

·         Previous Service Cloud experience

·         Previously Project Management experience

·         Expert in End User Support

·         Integration technical knowledge

·         Impeccable communication skills
