JOB DESCRIPTION Specific Accountabilities: Possess and apply a broad knowledge of ChangeManagement methodologies, practices and procedures that identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance. Throughout the change analyst is responsible for developing strategy and plans, conducting assessments, leading change activities, providing communications, analyzing gaps and developing tactics to remove barriers to adopting change Works with project manager and project teams, to support training and communication efforts and integrating changemanagement activities into the project plan Ability to handle complex assignments with minimum supervision Create and execute on actionable deliverables for the five changemanagement levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan Applies judgement and makes independent recommendations and/or decisions that may affect impacted groups Facilitate meetings – in-person, online or hybrid model (both) Coaches and supports people, managers, and executives through change transition Qualifications: 10+ years progressive experience in changemanagement principles, methodologies, tools, and managing the people side of change as they transition through current to future state for enterprise organizational efforts; Prosci Certification a plus Must possess excellent active listening and exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal; ability to clearly articulate messages and work effectively with a variety of audiences at all levels (e.g., developing communications in multiple communications media, such as emails, newsletters, websites, videos, and presentations) Experience in Insurance, Financial Services and Accounting a plus A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant study, or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Project Management or Training Development, is foundational. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
