Location: Broomfield, CO

Rate: $50/hr

  

Requirements:

·         2 yrs working experience in a Telecom Service Delivery function required

·         Must have working experience in Scrum methodologies

Must have RPA experience

·         Will conduct daily scrum calls

·         Must have thorough knowledge on Order to Activate cycle

·         Excellent communication skills needed—work with client directly including Field Technicians

·         Must own the order end to end and ensure all orders are closed as per the SLA / KPIs

·         Proactively identify the challenges and mitigate them or escalate

·         Update the status daily in all the required systems, as needed, internal and customer
