Position: Mainframe Programmer
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6+ Months contract

Must have experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2 and IBM OS/390
US Citizen or GC or H1B( Need copy for submission)

Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Business or other  related science or technical discipline or

three (3) years of equivalent
experience in a related field.

Specialized Experience:
At least five (5) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming.
At least five (5) years using COBOL
At least five (5) years using CICS
At least three (3) years using DB2

Specialized Experience:
At least five (5) years of successful work experience as a mainframe COBOL Programmer
At least three (3) years as Technical Expert in an IT organization coaching and  mentoring more junior technical stats, providing technical input into the most  complex and high impact IT

decisions, translating highly complex concepts for peers and customers, and accountable for the most complex enterprise-wide applications and issues.
At least five (5) years of experience with IBM OS/390  
At least two (2) years of experience working on health insurance eligibility and enrollment systems.
