JOB DESCRIPTION:
Network Security operations has an immediate need for two Security Specialist to address security hardware refresh and migration activities. In order to maintain ongoing operational activities and to address these hardware refresh requirements in a timely manner additional resources are required.
Required:
· Extensive hands-on Cisco ASA configurations experience as well as performing upgrades
· Hands-on F5 LTM configuration management
· Thorough understanding of OSPF and IP routing
· Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
· Customer focused with excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice to have
· Experience creating Python and Ansible scripts

Critical Key requirements
· Background in certifying applications in Windows 10.
· Experienced in taking a Windows 7 application to Windows 10.
· Foundation with front-end/back-end client services technologies.
· Expertise in managing complex integrated work plans.
· Experience with Office 2016/ Office 365.
· A self-starter who is comfortable working in a very dynamic environment, with rapidly changing priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Verify and evaluate that an application is compatible with Windows 10
· Coordinate application remediation plans for applications not Windows 10 certified.
A. Efforts to include compatibility tests for consistency of experience, improved performance, and enhanced security.
· Organize application remediation plans for applications not Windows 10 certified
· Provide and maintain list of applications that need to be certified
· Maintain application testing metrics
· Coordinate application testing with Image Development team.
· Maintain and report on Risk, Actions, Issues and Decision (RAID Log) for projects
· Prepare project reviews for status reports, Steering Committee meetings, etc.
· Drive project risk management and mitigation through established processes and procedures.
· Monitors performance of project delivery to ensure alignment to the approved business case, design, and committed timeline.
minimum EXPERIENCE & qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related discipline
· 8+ years of related work experience including 4+ years of technology project management experience
· Background in certifying applications in Windows 10
· Foundation in front-end/back-end client services technologies
· Experienced in taking a Windows 7 application to Windows 10
· Experience with Office 365 deployments and upgrades
· Proficiency in using Office 365
· Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
· Must be well organized, detail oriented, strategic and possess strong problem resolution skills
· Strong communication & relationship management skills, quick learner, ability to multi-task, quickly switch contexts
· Strong self-management skills to adhere to timelines manage expectations, raise issues quickly etc.
preferred EXPERIENCE & qualifications
· 8+ years of infrastructure project management experience with Office 365/Office 2016 and Windows 10 upgrades/migrations/deployment
· PMP certification preferred
· Strong sense of ownership, ability to proactively remove program obstacles, and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues are required.
· Demonstrated understanding of the PMO as a strategic asset, a basis for continuous improvement and the role of driving organizational maturity in an evolving environment.
· Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
