Location: Austin, TX/ Sunnyvale, CA(Day 1 onsite)

Type: long term contract

Rate: open

Position summary:

• Genesys 8.x, Genesys, Cloud (Iaas), Rabbit MQ
• Having a good experience on Genesys 8.x components (Framework, SIP, GVP)
• Troubleshooting issues withing Genesys On Premises environment including SIP and Network
• SBC knowledge will be added advantage
• Design, Implementation and support of Genesys Cloud solutions, including the migration of Genesys On-Premises to cloud
• CICD knowledge
• Experience in building Genesys cloud IVR flows – Inbound, Email and chat
• Core java or JS development skill will be added advantage
• Experience in working with RabbitMQ or Kafka
