Position summary
Need a Tech SME who has experience in solution designing, Client management, on site offshore coordination, issue resolution, client escalation, internal stack holder management
• Experience in Chat bot conversation design, 3rd part chat bot development platform like Amelia, Java, Groovy, SQL Server
• Serve as a technical authority and advisor on all matters related to technology domain (software development).
• Provide expertise in analysing, designing, and implementing technological solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
• Act as a key point of contact for technical issues, offering guidance and support to resolve complex problems.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of team members.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology tools, platforms, and vendors.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues, working closely with other IT professionals.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful execution of technology projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and lead initiatives independently
