This position supports the efforts of the Privileged Access Management and Certification systems. The candidate will be expected to have business analysis in design and overall knowledge and experience in numerous areas of Identity & Access Management specializing in Privilege Access Management and Certification methodologies and solutions.

 

As a Business Analyst, you will:

 

• Work with IT infrastructure teams to gather information needed for PAM solutions to integrate with enterprise Certification system 
• Work with IAM leads and business IT managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how PAM and Certification solutions and services should perform and operate 
• Helps engineer team to write and document design specs and solutions according to defined processes, policies and standard with information security requirements 
• Work with application developers and IT operations to document testing and roll out and implementation plans 
• Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced PAM and Certification solutions
• Work with the broader IT security, risk and compliance organization to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by new PAM solutions and existing Certification system 
• Understanding of security risk and implementation of mitigating controls 
• Support in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems 
• Knowledge or experience with Aveksa Certification and CA PAM tools 
• Must have perfect communication skills, including writing and presentation skills in documentation and presentation 
• Work with internal and client-side resources to deploy and support Aveksa systems in high-availability environments 
• Assist and develop strategies and deployment plans for extending the reach of Aveksa within the firm 
• Analyze, plan, coordinate updates and product upgrades 
• Respond and support business teams on systems functionality, improvements and objectives 
• Evaluate benchmarks and scalability to insure the system stability remains stable. 
• Share general product knowledge with co-workers and the security teams via participation in social media platforms such as Jive, FS-ISAC and All Hands Meetings. 
• At least 3-5 years identity and access experience; preferably with Aveksa and CA PAM. 
• Scripting abilities in one of following desired; Pentaho (PDI), JavaScript, Perl, PowerShell and SQL. 
• Experience with Excel pivot tables and graphic chart for data analysis and reporting OS UNIX, Windows and SQL database experience and knowledge are a plus. 
• Passionate, positive and driven attitude. 
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive mindset and behaviors. 
• Ability to lead complex efforts with minimal supervision. 
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member and willingness to collaborate across the organization. 
• Flexibility to work in varying business functions and capabilities. 
• Ability to adapt to new and changing environment and handle multiple priorities, including ability to learn quickly and achieve automation goals. 
• Good understanding of system logical access and audit controls are desirable. 
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Engineering. 
• Professional certifications such as Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) are a plus.
