Position : Agile Certified Scrum Master - Onsite Scrum Master PM
Location : Des Moines IA
Duration : 6+ Months
Job Description:
- Around 8+ years of Experience in IT Industry
- Must have Agile certifications like Certified Scrum Master / PMI-ACP
- Must have experience in managing/execution of Agile Projects
- Must have experience in Leading the successful adoption and transformation to Agile (Multiple Scrum teams)
- Should have worked with teams to better their engineering practices (Coding Standards, TDD, ATDD, BDD, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Refactoring, Pair Programming, etc... )
- Experience in coaching the Product Owner, Teams on Agile values and Principles.
- Experience in coaching teams to translate High-level requirements in Product backlog to sufficiently detailed functional & feature requirements that developers can take for implementation
- Experience in Coach teams for continual improvement
- Experience in resolving the cross team level impediments
- Product Owner - CSM / CPO certification is a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Excellent Presentation Skills - Creating Presentations and Delivering them
