Skill & Competency Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in full SDLC including leading development of technical solutions in all phases from validation of business requirements, technical design, and implementation through test and rollout
• Microsoft ASP.NET development: object-oriented design and development in the Microsoft .NET4 environment; experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft IIS, .NET Forms development, ASP.NET MVC, JSON, XML and XML Web Services, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript
• Oracle and SQL Server relational databases:  database design and development, PL/SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, packages and triggers, experience with database modelling tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Comfortable discussing with clients and project management, Strong team player, Flexibility, Attention to detail, Highly motivated, Professional approach to work, Commitment to project goals and target dates, Reliability, Good organization skills

Preferences:

• Contributes ideas about how to best implement user requirements, feels comfortable taking the initiative when necessary
• Experience with iFormBuilder or similar cloud-based “form builder” software for mobile data capture would be a plus.
• Microsoft Excel pivot tables and macros, interfacing with SharePoint
