Understanding of how process integrates and works across the enterprise. Skilled in process and functional best practices. Knowledge of how process interacts with ServiceNow while providing expertise in specific process or functional domains.

Top Three Skills Required

1. Familiar with Scoped / Custom apps on ServiceNow Platform

2. Customer focused and good communications skills

3. Process design and management
