Position : SCCM Engineer (Windows 10)
Location : NYC , NY
Duration : 6-12 Months

Contract Windows 10 Desktop Support role to participate in a workstation migration.

 

Job Responsibilities and Skills Include:

 

·         Responsible for Level 1 and 2 support for Windows 10 workstation migration

·         Windows 10 troubleshooting knowledge not just navigations skills

·         Work with end users and make sure that all data, applications, personalizations, and user profiles are moved over

·         Troubleshoot application issues – slowness, user experience/perception, etc. Everything from Office apps to Accounting to Operations/compliance (no trading apps at this time – all back and middle office)

·         Does not need to package applications but should be familiar with AD, GPOs, SCCM, and AppV

·         Base level understanding of Application Deployments with SCCM

·         Nice to have: Familiar with workstation administration through View

·         Nice to have: Knowledge of thin clients

·         Working knowledge of VMs. (VMware would be nice)

·         Understanding of basic scripting for troubleshooting purposes

·         Documentation skills
