Position: Pega Support

Location: O'Fallon,MO (Day 1 Onsite,Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Note:- OPT & CPT Is Not Workable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Require PEGA certification with 2 years of production support experience in PRPC 7.X

2. Need experience in analysing  and debugging the enterprise level application.

3. Need experience in handling the Production incident based on the priority.

4. Need analytical skills to debug the issue reported by the customer and provide resolution within the SLA time.

5. Required to have experience in deployment activities and coordinate with external teams for production release.

6. Good to have server related knowledge to debug the environmental issues.

7. Need to have sufficient knowledge in server related renewal or upgrade activities.

8. Good to have experience in Banking and financial sector domain
