Job Description

JD :- Product Manager

Exposure within Financial Services

Worked within an Agile environment

Experience of facing off with Senior Management and maintaining effective working relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders

Actively seeks opportunities / challenges broader than current scope of role

Actively seeks out new opportunities for self-development and career development

Helps to create a positive work environment that builds trust, finds innovative ways to improve teamwork

Domain experience relevant to specific Stream as follows: (Anyone is plus)

Digital Platform – Worked on Financial Services end-client facing portals and applications.

Money Movement – Experience of Financial Services payment transactions (money in, money out, bill payments etc.), experience of Financial Services payment protocols (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS etc.) or Fintech payments systems (PayPal, Apple Pay etc.)

Client On-boarding – Experience of Financial Services client on-boarding journeys or Document management Systems.

Cards – Experience of Retail Banking Credit Card processing including Card application management and transaction management.

JD :- Azure Architect

•             Nearly 8-10 years of Information Technology systems design and development experience

•             Understanding of Enterprise platforms and their architecture

•             Efficient communication skills

•             Knowledge of business ecosystems, platform as a service (PaaS), Rest APIs, Springboot, Microservices, Kafka, Azure

•             Good understanding and implementation experience of Cloud technologies, Agile DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

•             Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture, coordination styles such as Orchestration, Choreography and backend components

•             Familiarity with Agile delivery model

•             Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
