Role: Senior .NET Architect/Developer
Location: Little Rock, AR (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
· Developing and working with a team of diverse developers in the implementation of enhancements, maintenance and operations of applications portfolio
· Analyze & Design complex applications on multi-tier architectures
· Troubleshoot the resolution and clarifications from development team members on functional design documents across business process area.
· Work with developers in a team environment with one or more project technologies.
· Perform code and design reviews for peers.
· Perform unit testing of developed defects and enhancements.
· Should be able to think laterally and see improvement opportunities in the code and suggest improvements to team members.
· Work through the resolution of incidents/problems reported and also perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues.
· Review and QA deliverables such as Code/BRDs/Design/Test Plans and Scripts/Deployment Plan
Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of development experience
· Microsoft based development technologies including Windows, Web, and backend development
· Development tools including C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript (Angular/React).
· Backend Database development including T-SQL, PL-SQL, and other ANSI-SQL development experience
· Authoring end-user reports with Microsoft SSRS, SAAS, and other Business Intelligence platforms
· Other development tools such as Java, PowerBuilder and/or COBOL experience a plus but not required
· Functional knowledge with health and human services public sector experience a plus.
· Skillful in troubleshooting of a diverse set of application issues
· Team participation, clear communication, and client communication capabilities are a must
