Job Description:

The Salesforce developer is responsible for ongoing maintenance of existing Salesforce solution including implementation of updates to existing functionality and development of new features.

Qualifications

·          Experience developing customized solutions within Salesforce platform to support critical business functions

·          Ability to design solution based on business requirements

·          Experience with monitoring and capacity planning of Salesforce environment to support growing business needs

·          Proven experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture and/or microservices on Salesforce platform

·          Flexible to respond adequately to changing requirements invalidating the original plans

·          Capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities

·          Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team situation

·          Creative and takes innovative approaches to problem solving

·          Strong customer-service mentality and goal oriented

·          Excellent analytical skills with a high capacity for continuous learning

Qualifications Required

·               Bachelor’s degree or related experience

·               5-8 years of experience as a developer

·               3-5 years of Salesforce application development experience

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

·               Experience with Apex and VisualForce

·               Proficient with JavaScript and Java

·               Lightning Experience

·               Experience with API design, development and implementation
