Position :- Scrum Lead ( Salesforce Experience)
Location :- Remote.
Long Term Contract.

Job Description:
· Scaled and Scrum Agile expert.
· At least 2+ yrs of Salesforce experience.
· An ideal candidate would have progressed from strong development experience to Scaled Scrum Agile role.
· Overall 12+ years of experience with minimum 8+ years of experience in leading Agile scrum teams and 4+ years of leading scaled Agile teams.
· Experienced in leading, training, and coaching multiple Scrum teams in their Scrum adoption.
· Must be able to plan and advise Scrum implementations within the defined structure (Component - program structure in Cisco)
· Must have Safe Agile, scrum and Salesforce Admin certifications.
· Must ensure that all Scrum of Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox, including PI planning.
· Work with the Cisco leadership and product leadership teams for effective Product Backlog management.
· Work with Cisco enterprise Agile Coach to discuss the challenges, recommend process changes.
· Experienced in identifying cross Scrum teams dependencies, impediments and eliminating impediments of multiple Scrum Teams.
· Experienced in helping the Scrum Teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
· Experienced in helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
· Facilitating Senior stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
· Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
