JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mandatory Skill/Expertise:

·         2 years of experience performing analysis of HIV billing diagnosis and Current Procedural Technology (CPT) service codes.

·         2 years of experience performing historical HIV Medicaid payment research and analysis.

·         1 year of experience with the standards in use by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to evaluate the validity and deliverability of a physical mailing address and the USPS Address Management System.

·         5 years of experience performing business process analysis.

·         5 years of experience gathering and documenting user requirements.

·         5 years of experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

·         3 years of experience validating user requirements, providing written test plans, verifying product functionality, and coordinating testing activities.

·         3 years of experience performing the translation of business process requirements into technical requirements.

·         3 years of experience producing business and/or technical documentation related to the requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, design, process and data flow diagrams, data migration, testing, and training.
