Description:
Work with Badger State Industries business subject matter experts (SME’s) in refining functional configuration in NetSuite for all shops currently using NetSuite. Assist with training and support of NetSuite for the SME’s and business office staff. Communicate and collaborate with the DOC NetSuite IT staff for implementation of NetSuite customizations and other changes where needed as part of an enhancement project and/or application support. Candidate must have a manufacturing background and in-depth knowledge of the functional capabilities of NetSuite (Base) Manufacturing Mid-Market Cloud Service including Manufacturing, Warehousing (WMS Lite), Accounting and Finance, Distribution, Customer Relationship Management and eCommerce / NetSuiteCommerce.
An occasional day trip may be required to a State Correctional Institution
Qualification:
Problem documentation and communication
Problem resolution (development and implementation)
Respond to customer requests (verbally and in writing)
Administration - Quality Assurance
Business processes improvement
Standardized process and procedures development
NetSuite
Experience Designing and Implementing NetSuite Security
NetSuite problem resolution and debugging skills
Understanding of NetSuite Manufacturing

Experience working with NetSuite tech support
