Job Description:
1. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in performance testing with good communication and scripting skills.
2. Proficient with HP Performance Centre design and execute performance tests against Applications with a multi tier architecture.
3. Good experience in HP Load Runner 12.x and later versions scripting, designing performance tests and preparing performance test reports
4. Hands on experience in Load Runner and HPQC.
5. Experience in understanding requirements and deriving performance testing scenarios
6. Collect non-functional requirements and convert them into performance test plans.
7. Create and execute performance test strategy
8. Expertise in correlation, parameterization, user profile settings, creating load test data and validating data for different type of performance tests
9. Analysis of results, identification of performance bottlenecks and preparing summary report of test
10. Insurance domain experience resource will be an added advantage
11. Develop and review data driven performance test scripts to help validate performance of applications/ products based on the requirements.
12. Analyze the data gathered from performance tests with an eye towards application performance, availability and capacity with the goals of ensuring the optimal user experience and reducing hardware costs.
13. Knowledge of other load and performance testing tools will be an added advantage.
14. Work Experience on XML & knowledge on JSON, Citrix, HTTP is ideal not mandate.
