Job Title : Junior Business Analyst
Location : Madison, WI
Duration : 6+Months Contract

Rate : 20/hr on C2C

Duties and responsibilities
Perform minor customization to report SQL and executes queries.
Trouble shoot user calls as required.
Gains an understanding of how the WIR system works. Builds on that knowledge daily.
Work with the State of Wisconsin customer directly. Position reports to client office at 1W Wilson St daily.
Assists outside entities (Schools, providers, etc.) to reset passwords and troubleshoot other system issues.
Perform some repetitive work.

Job Specific Skills/Special Functions:
Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.
Able to apply consistent quality and security standards.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
Organized. Follows through and follows up without supervision.
