Location: Fort Mill, SC (Remote for now)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Full description
• Requirement analysis, Design documents (FSD), experience with process design definition, analysis, requirements refinement and implementation using IBM BPM/BAW technologies
• Experience in IBM BPM 8.5+ or BAW
• At least 7+ years of overall IT experience
• Building enterprise-level, scalable components to support the client’s platform
• Participating in all aspects of the SDLC lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Responsible for working alongside the existing team and training them to be able to maintain the system in the future
• Good experience in designing coaches and coach views in IBM BPM/BAW
• Experience with business process management and/or business rules management systems solution development and implementation
• Maintain overall System IT landscape and collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy and adherence to enterprise standards
• Understand overall IT landscape and serve as technical lead across shores
• Ability to articulate
• Ability to assess project risk and communicate to stakeholders
