Role: Java Technical Lead
Duration: 6 – 12 months +
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Job Description:
Experience in implementing large document management projects end-to-end.
Hands-on experience in any one of the leading document generation products (Open Text Exstream, GMC Inspire, Thunderhead, Adobe Live Cycle, EMC XPression, Oracle Documaker)
Experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, BIRT Designer tool.
Experience in ESB Integration – Jboss Fuse or Mulesoft.
Experience in Leading a large team, client interaction and offshore coordination
Experience in working in Agile environment, daily scrums and sprint planning
Identify technology dependencies and work with clients to resolve the dependencies
Coordinate with the client business team and resolve requirement related queries for the development team
Resolve offshore queries/obstacles by interacting with the right client stakeholders
knowledge in Life/Annuity business process
