Job Description :
This role is for a Tibco Lead Consultant with BW6, Mashery and API development experience who will be responsible for the configuration and development of Rest API services using Tibco BusinessWorks and Tibco Mashery. Responsible for understanding and implementing Integration requirements, external API connectivity requirements, testing, and deployment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project team, Architecture Team, Technical Teams to clearly identify and understand business needs and requirements specifically API, SAP integrations.
Establishes and maintains connections with internal business clients, with 3rd party support team, and with external solution partners.
Thorough understanding of the Tibco toolset capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of the Tibco Mashery product.
Advanced knowledge of APIX, BW5, BW6, BWCE, Mashery.
Competent to work at a high level of all phases of the process and transaction-level development activities, including regression testing.
Responsible for analyzing and designing Rest APIs.
Works closely with Network and Security teams and implement requirements such as Policies, Duo, SAML, Data encryption, SSL certs.
Understand SAP integrations and able to transform Idocs into JSON requests.
Skills Required:
Strong experience of Tibco APIX or Tibco Mashery – 3+ years
Strong experience creating or invoking REST services using Tibco BW5, BW6 -- 5+ years
Solid understanding of SAP IDOCS and ability to configure Adapters – 3+ years
Solid understanding of Security requirements such as Duo, SAML, Data encryption, SSL certs etc.
Can multi-task on multiple interfaces, meet deadlines
Can lead efforts, with minimal supervision, involving SAP team, process team, internal business clients, 3rd party resources and external partners
Basic CPG industry knowledge
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
